You don't need an idea first.
Bea can start with what you do, who you help, or something you wish existed.
No code • No experience • No idea yet? No problem.
Tell Bea what you do, who you help, or what you wish existed. She'll help you turn that into a real, working web tool — like a planner, quiz, calculator, organizer, resource vault & more.
You bring what you know. Bea helps with the rest.
Wait… what's a mini app?
Instead of another flyer, business card, PDF, worksheet, guide, or “quick little Canva resource” 😂 a mini app gives someone something they can actually interact with.
And yes — you can build one just for yourself, too.
Simple + useful is the whole point.
Why beginners actually get it
You do NOT have to arrive with a finished idea. Start with what you know and Bea gives you useful ideas, choices, and recommendations.
Not a worksheet about what you could build someday. You get an actual working tool you can preview, edit, download, and use.
Your BBA community is there for lessons, challenges, feedback, troubleshooting, and those "OMG I MADE IT WORK" moments. 😂
Meet Bea 🐝
Bea is The Guided Builder™ inside Beginner Builders Academy. You talk to her like a normal person. No giant questionnaires. No tech jargon. No staring at a blank box wondering what a "visual aesthetic" is supposed to be. 😂
What you do. Who you help. What's annoying you. Or something you wish existed.
No idea yet? Perfect. She'll give you options and help you choose.
Bea creates your mini app while you watch. Change the colors. Change the wording. Move things. Ask what she recommends.
Put it online, use it yourself, share it with clients, give it away, or turn it into a digital product.
"Give me choices. Don't give me homework." 😂
The whole process
Talk, choose, preview, edit, save.
Bea can do the whole build, but you can also take your file into Claude if you prefer a bigger editing workspace.
Download your finished file, upload it to Netlify, and now your mini app has a real link.
No coding lesson hiding around the corner. Promise. 😂
Build something with a job
Meal planner. Home project organizer. Personal tracker. Resource library. Anything that makes your own life easier.
Give people something useful to try instead of another PDF freebie.
Help someone choose a service, calculate a price, or turn your mini app into a digital product itself.
Create useful tools for your existing clients, students, members, or customers.
Not every tool has to become a business. Useful is enough.
Bea can start with what you do, who you help, or something you wish existed.
No giant list of fonts, features, colors, and technical questions before you even know what you want.
Planners, quizzes, checklists, organizers, calculators, resource vaults & more — without turning your first build into a software company. 😂
BBA includes lessons, challenges, feedback, troubleshooting, and a community of other beginner Builders.
Membership
Anyone can create a free Bea account and look around. When you're ready to actually start creating mini apps, your BBA membership unlocks your monthly Bea builds.
Free to join • No credit card required
Nope. 😂 That's one of the main reasons Bea exists. You can start with what you do, who you help, or something you wish existed, and she'll help you figure out what to make.
One credit = one full mini app build with Bea, from idea → build → edit → download. You are not charged another credit every time you ask for a design change or tweak during that build.
Yep. Download your index.html, bring it back into Bea or Claude when you want to make changes, then upload the updated file to your existing Netlify site.
No. We walk you through it. When your tool is finished, you download the file and upload it to Netlify to get a live link.
Yep. You can build mini apps to sell, use as freebies, give to clients or students, or just make something useful for yourself.
BBA starts with simple, useful mini apps. Things like full user accounts, shared databases, complex memberships, and larger software systems are beyond the beginner build process — intentionally.
Start simple. Bea is designed for beginner-friendly mini apps that do one useful job. If your idea is too big, she can help you simplify it into something you can actually build and use.

Your host
I'm not a developer.
I'm an esthetician of 15+ years who got really tired of complicated tools, fill-in-the-blank prompts, and opening Canva for a "quick little PDF" only to still be moving text boxes five hours later. 😂
"I'm not a developer. I'm an esthetician who started building tools because I needed them — including Bea herself."
BBA was built for people who think, "I wouldn't even know where to start."
Most of the things I've built started with: "Ugh. I wish I had something that just did THIS."
So I started using AI to turn those little annoyances into things I could actually use. A prompt generator. My Realism Prompt Architect. A resource library. And eventually… Bea.
Then I realized: Wait. Other beginners could do this too.
Beginner Builders Academy is the version I wish I'd had when I started — choices instead of homework, normal language instead of jargon, and somewhere to ask for help when something gets weird. Because it will eventually get weird. 😂 And that's okay.
The BBA community
Bea is your build space. Beginner Builders Academy is where you'll find the lessons, challenges, support, feedback, inspiration, and other beginners building right beside you.
You're learning how to build it yourself. That doesn't mean you have to figure it out by yourself.
Build it yourself. Never build alone. 🩷
Good. You don't need to. 😂 Start with what you do, who you help, or something you wish existed. Bea will help you figure out the rest.
